The guys were arrested in Tulsa, OK  on 10-5-12 due to Public Intoxication.

Kyle: It all started with a hamburger being dropped from the 9th floor of a hotel, and then I don’t remember, but we ended up in jail.

Kyle: I was so pist off, because they kicked us out for being too loud, and they didn’t even give us a warning or anything!
